基于数据挖掘探讨名老中医吴正石治疗湿热型结节性红斑的用药组方规律

【摘 要】目的:通过现代中医药数据挖掘技术总结分析国家级名老中医吴正石治疗湿热型结节性红斑的用药组方规律。方法:整理国家级名老中医吴正石治疗湿热型结节性红斑患者的临证医案,将以上医案处方建立数据库,统一规范录入由中国科学院研究所研发的中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行数据相关分析。结果:①用药频率较高的药物依次为连翘、金银花、地肤子、白鲜皮等。②性味归经:寒性药物使用频次最高,平性及温性药物次之;用药五味分布相对集中在苦、甘、辛三类。③归经频次由高到低依次排序为肝经、肺经、胃经等。④关联规则分析法之组方规律:共得到金银花、连翘,白鲜皮、地肤子,杏仁、桔梗等药物组合。⑤得到竹茹、延胡索、青皮、秦艽、胆南星、地骨皮;白芍、钩藤、当归、茯神、炙远志、炒酸枣仁等5个可能新处方。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台分析,整理出金银花、连翘,白鲜皮、地肤子等药对和治疗湿热型结节性红斑的可能新处方,总结归纳出安神定志、清热利湿、祛风解毒、通络止痛的治疗原则。

On WU Zheng-shi’s Medication and Prescription Rules in the Treatment of Damp Heat Nodular Erythema Based on Data Mining

【ABSTRACT】Objective:To summarize and analyze WU Zheng-shi's medication and prescription rules in the treatment of damp heat nodular erythema using modern TCM data mining technology.Methods:WU Zheng-shi’s clinical medical records of treating patients with damp heat nodular erythema were sorted out and a database of the above medical records and prescriptions was established and input into the TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)developed by the Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences for data related analysis.Results:According the data mining based on t TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform:①The medicinals with high frequency of medication were Lianqiao(Fructus Forsythiae),Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae Japonicae),Difuzi(Fructus Kochiae)and Baixianpi(Cortex Dictamni);②Nature,flavor and channel entry:medicinals with the highest frequency are those with cold nature,followed by those with neutral and warm natures;the distribution of the five flavors of medicinals is relatively concentrated in three categories:bitter,sweet and acrid;③The frequency of channel entry from high to low is liver channel,lung channel and stomach channel;④According to the association rule analysis method,there are three medicinal pairs were got:Jinyinhua and Lianqiao;Baixianpi and Difuzi;Xiangren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum)and Jiegeng(Radix Platycodonis);⑤Five possible new prescriptions were got such as Zhuru(Caulis Bambusae in Taenia),Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis),Qingpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride),Qinjiao(Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae),Dannanxing(Arisaema cum Bile)and Digupi(Cortex Lycii);Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Gaouteng(Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Fushen(Sclerotium Poriae Pararadicis)and dry-fried Yuanzhi(Radix Polygalae).Conclusion:Through the analysis of TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform,medicinals such as Jinyinhua,Lianqiao,Baixianpi and Difusi,and the possible new prescriptions for the treatment of damp heat nodular erythema are sorted out,and the treatment principles of tranquilizing the mind,clearing away heat and eliminating dampness,dispelling wind and detoxification,and dredging collaterals and relieving pain are summarized.
