养阴益气活血方改善原发性干燥综合征患者焦虑抑郁状态及病情活动的研究（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：研究原发性干燥综合征患者焦虑抑郁状态及其与病情活动度的相关性，探讨养阴益气活血方对焦虑抑郁状态及病情程度的改善作用。方法：将68例女性原发性干燥综合征患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组35例，同时选取健康成年女性33例为正常组。对照组给予硫酸羟氯喹片口服治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加中药养阴益气活血方治疗。2组均以12周为1个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后及正常组入组时疾病活动指数（ESSDAI）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分，以及红细胞沉降率（ESR）、免疫球蛋白G（IgG）水平。结果：治疗前，2组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、ESSDAI评分及ESR、IgG水平均高于正常组（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、ESSDAI评分及ESR、IgG水平较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05）；治疗组SAS评分、SDS评分、ESSDAI评分及IgG水平明显低于对照组（P < 0.05）。治疗前，患者SAS评分与ESSDAI评分、ESR水平呈显著正相关（P < 0.05）；治疗后，患者SAS评分、SDS评分与ESSDAI评分及ESR、IgG水平均呈显著正相关（P < 0.05）。结论：原发性干燥综合征患者存在不同程度的焦虑抑郁情绪，且焦虑抑郁状态积分与病情程度呈正相关。养阴益气活血方联合西药在有效治疗原发病的同时，能明显改善患者焦虑抑郁状态。

Study On Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Recipe（养阴益气活血方）in Improving Anxiety,Depression and Disease Activity of Patients with Primary Sjögren's Syndrome

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To study the relationship between anxiety,depression and disease activity in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome,and to explore the effect of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Recipe（养阴益气活血方）on anxiety,depression and disease degree.Methods:Sixty-eight female patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group（33 cases）and a control group（35 cases）,and 33 healthy adult women were selected as a normal group.The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks as a course.The SDS score,SAS score,ESSDAI score,ESR and the level of IgG were observed before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,ESSDAI score,SAS score,SDS score,ESR and IgG levels in the two groups were higher than those in the normal group（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the SAS score,SDS score,ESSDAI score,ESR and the level of IgG in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）.The SAS score,SDS score ESSDAI score,and the level of IgG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P < 0.05）.Before treatment,SAS score was significantly positively correlated with ESSDAI score and ESR level（P < 0.05）,and after treatment,SAS score and SDS score were significantly positively correlated with ESSDAI score,ESR and IgG level（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome have different degrees of anxiety and depression,and the scores of anxiety and depression state are positively correlated with the degree of the disease.Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Recipe combined with western medicine can significantly improve the anxiety and depression state of patients while effectively treating the primary disease.
