美洛昔康联合三黄散外敷治疗痛风性关节炎急性期35例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察美洛昔康联合三黄散外敷治疗痛风性关节炎急性期的临床疗效。方法：将70例痛风性关节炎急性期患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组35例。在基础治疗及护理的同时，对照组予口服美洛昔康片治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予三黄散外敷疼痛关节。2组均以1周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后临床症状评分、C反应蛋白水平，美洛昔康片的用量。结果：治疗组治愈18例，好转15例，无效2例，总有效率为94.28%；对照组治愈12例，好转21例，无效2例，总有效率为94.28%。2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。治疗后，2组患者临床症状评分较治疗前均降低（P < 0.05），且治疗组低于对照组（P < 0.05）；2组C反应蛋白水平均较治疗前降低（P < 0.05），但2组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；治疗组美洛昔康片用量为（52.30±6.92） mg，少于对照组的（88.50±8.81）mg，２组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：在美洛昔康治疗的基础上联合三黄散外敷可明显改善痛风性关节炎急性期患者的临床症状，减少美洛昔康片的用量，且简单方便，易于普及，值得推广。

Clinical Observation of Meloxicam Combined with External Application of Sanhuang San（三黄散）in the Treatment of 35 Cases of Acute Gouty Arthritis

【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of meloxicam combined with external application of Sanhuang San（三黄散）in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Seventy patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group.At the same time of basic treatment and nursing,the control group was treated with meloxicam tablets,and the treatment group was treated with external application of Sanhuang San on the basis of the control group.One week was a course of treatment for both groups.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,C-reactive protein level and the dosage of meloxicam tablets were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,18 cases were recovered,15 cases were improved and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 94.28%.In the control group,12 cases were recovered,21 cases were improved and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 94.28%.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P > 0.05）.After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the clinical symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（P < 0.05）;the level of C-reactive protein in both groups was lower than that before treatment（P < 0.05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（P > 0.05）;the dosage of meloxicam tablets in the treatment group was（52.30±6.92）mg,which was less than（88.50±8.81）mg for the control group,There was significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Meloxicam combined with external application of Sanhuang San can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute gouty arthritis and reduce the dosage of meloxicam tablets.It is simple,convenient,easy to popularize and worthy of promotion.
