《中国傣医单验秘方大全》治疗风湿热痹的用药特点探析（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：探索傣医药治疗风湿热痹的用药特色以及规律。方法：选取《中国傣医单验秘方大全》中记载治疗风湿热痹的验方录入Excel表，建立数据库，并应用SPSS Modeler 18.0、Excel 2019统计软件进行数据分析。结果：纳入47首验方，总计118味药，使用频次≥5次的药物15味，其中青牛胆（14次，4.98%）、姜黄（10次，3.56%）、除风草（9次，3.20%）最为常见；调火塔药（47次，16.73%）、调土塔药（27次，9.61%）使用频率较高；药性以凉（45次，41.28%）、苦（63次,44.68%）为主；常用药对为姜黄-野姜、姜黄-山大黄、红花丹-水菖蒲-姜、红花丹-水菖蒲-青牛胆。结论：傣医治疗风湿热痹的方药以调平四塔为原则，注重清火解毒、活血止痛。

Analysis of the Medication Characteristics of The Complete Compendium of Secret Folk and Proved Formulas

of Chinese Dai Medicine in the Treatment of Wind-damp-heat Bi

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To explore the medication characteristics and rules of Dai medicine in the treatment of wind-damp-heat bi.Methods:The formulas for the treatment of wind-damp-heat bi recorded in The Complete Compendium of Secret Folk and Proved Formulas of Chinese Dai Medicine were selected and typed into the excel table to establish the database,and the data were analyzed by SPSS modeler 18.0 and statistical software Excel 2019.Results:A total of 118 medicinals were included in the 47 formulas,and 15 of them were used more than 5 times.Among them,Qingniudan（used 14 times,accounting for 4.98%）,Jianghuang（used 10 times,accounting for 3.56%）and Chufengcao（used 9 times,accounting for 3.20%）were the most common;Tiaohuotayao（medicinals for regulating fire,used 47 times,accounting for 16.73%）and Tiaotutayao（medicinals for regulating earth,used 27 times,accounting for 9.61%）were used more frequently;The main medicinal properties were cool（used 45 times,accounting for 41.28%）and bitter（used 63 times,accounting for 44.68%）;the commonly used medicinal pairs are Jianghuang and wild ginger or Shandahuang,Honghuadan,Shuichangpu,ginger or Qingniudan.Conclusion:Dai medicine's formulas for the treatment of wind-damp-heat bi is based on the principle of regulating the four elements,paying attention to clearing fire and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.
