推拿手法联合艾灸天枢穴治疗风寒阻络型肱骨外上髁炎51例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察推拿手法联合艾灸天枢穴治疗风寒阻络型肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法：将102例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组51例。治疗组采用推拿手法联合艾灸天枢穴治疗，对照组采用普通针刺治疗。2组均以7 d为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、肘关节功能评分、日常生活能力（ADL）评分。结果：治疗组痊愈10例，显效22例，有效16例，无效3例，总有效率为94.11%；对照组痊愈8例，显效14例，有效24例，无效5例，总有效率为90.19%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组VAS评分、肘关节功能评分及ADL评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组VAS评分、ADL评分优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：推拿手法联合艾灸天枢穴治疗风寒阻络型肱骨外上髁炎较普通针刺疗法疗效更好。

Clinical Observation on 51 Cases of External Humeral Epicondylitis with Wind-cold Obstructing Collaterals Treated by Tuina Manipulation Combined with Moxibustion at Tianshu（ST25）

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tuina manipulation combined with moxibustion at Tianshu（ST25）on external humeral epicondylitis of wind-cold obstructing collaterals.Methods:One hundred and two patients with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,51 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with tuina manipulation combined with moxibustion at Tianshu（ST25）,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 3 courses of treatment,7 days as a course.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,elbow function score and ADL score before and after treatment were observed.Results:In the treatment group,10 cases were recovered,22 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.11%;while in the control group,8 cases were recovered,14 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.19%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant

（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the VAS score,elbow function score and ADL score of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the VAS score and ADL score of the treatment group was better than those of the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Tuina manipulation combined with moxibustion at Tianshu（ST25）is more effective than traditional therapy in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis with wind-cold obstructing collaterals.
