中药外用治疗痛风性关节炎用药规律分析（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：研究中药外用治疗痛风性关节炎的用药特点及药对配伍规律，总结归纳中药外治法辨治痛风性关节炎的用药规律。方法：通过检索中国期刊全文数据库1999年至2019年中药外用治疗痛风性关节炎的相关文献，对符合纳入标准的文献中所用中药的频次、功效、性味、归经、药物配伍组合及新方进行统计分析。结果：共51篇文献符合入选标准，涉及中药125味，用药频次累计466次；频次≥10的药物有黄柏、大黄、冰片、苍术、红花、薏苡仁等13味，多为清热药、利水渗湿药和活血化瘀药；药性多为寒、温、平，药味为苦、辛、甘，多归肝、脾、胃经，高频药对组合为黄柏与大黄、黄柏与苍术、黄柏与冰片。结论：中药外用治疗痛风性关节炎以清热燥湿、利水渗湿、活血化瘀药为主。

Analysis of Medication Regularity of External Application of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To study the medication characteristics and rules of compatibility of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods:By searching China Academic Journals Full-text Database from 1999 to 2019,the frequency,efficacy,taste,meridian tropism,drug compatibility and new prescriptions of Chinese medicine used in the articles meeting the inclusion criteria were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 51 articles met the inclusion criteria,involving 125 kinds of Chinese medicine,with a cumulative frequency of 466.The medicine with frequency equal above 10 were 13 kinds,such as Huangbai（Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex）,Dahuang（Rheum palmatum L.）,Bingpian（Bornrotum）,Cangzhu［Atractylodes Lancea（Thunb.）DC.］,Honghua（Carthamus tinctorius L.）,and Yiyiren（Semen Coicis）,most of them were mostly antipyretic,diuretic,dampness promoting,blood activating and stasis removing medicine.The medicinal properties were mostly cold,warm and neutral in nature,with bitter,pungent and sweet taste,mostly belonging to the liver,spleen and stomach meridians.The high-frequency drug pairs were Huangbai and Dahuang,Huangbai and Cangzhu,and Huangbai and Bingpian.Conclusion:The external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis mainly functions as clearing heat and drying dampness,removing dampness by promoting diuresis,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
