近20年中医药治疗干燥综合征临床用药规律数据挖掘研究

　　【摘　要】目的：基于数据挖掘技术，探析中医药治疗干燥综合征的组方规律及临床用药特点。方法：计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、维普（VIP）、万方（Wangfang）等数据库中中医治疗干燥综合征的文献，提取方药信息，运用Office 2010建立数据库整理归纳数据，应用IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0软件，通过频次统计、关联规则分析、系统聚类分析进行探析。结果：共纳入441首方药，涉及药物315味，高频药物31味，分别为甘草、麦冬、生地黄、茯苓、白芍等；高频药物种类前3位为补虚药、清热药和活血化瘀药；干燥综合征高频药对使用频次≥80的有25对，前3组为麦冬-甘草、生地黄-麦冬、生地黄-甘草；关联规则分析得到二项关联20条；聚类分析得到14个组合。结论：干燥综合征病机复杂，多为气阴两虚、血瘀、燥毒致病，用药以益气滋阴润燥为主，麦冬、北沙参、黄芪、生地黄、茯苓、白芍等为核心配伍，常佐以活血化瘀、清热解毒、健脾益肾等药。

Data Mining Research on Clinical Medication Rules of Treating Sjögren's Syndrome with Chinese Medicine in Recent 20 Years

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:Based on the data mining technology,this paper analyzes the prescription rules and clinical medication characteristics of treating Sjögren's syndrome with Chinese medicine.Methods:Articles about Sjögren's syndrome treated by Chinese medicine in databases such as CNKI,VIP and Wangfang were searched by computer to find the prescription information.The database was established by Office 2010 to sort out and summarize the data.IBM SPSS statistics 22.0 was used to analyze the data through frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 441 first prescription drugs were included,involving 315 drugs and 31 high-frequency drugs,including Gancao（Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae）,Maidong（Radix Ophiopogonis）,Shengdihuang（Radix Rehmanniae Recens）,Fuling（Poria）,Baishao（Radix Paeoniae Alba）,etc..The top three kinds of high-frequency drugs were deficiency-supplementing drugs,heat-clearing  drugs and drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.There were 25 pairs of high-frequency drug pairs with 80% frequency were used in Sjögren's syndrome,and the first three groups were Maidong and Gancao,Shengdihuang and Maidong,Shengdihuang and Gancao.There were 20 binomial associations and 14 combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of Sjögren's syndrome is complicated,which is caused by deficiency of both Qi and Yin,blood stasis and dryness toxin.The drugs are mainly used to replenish Qi,nourish yin and moisten dryness.Maidong,Beishashen（Radix Glehniae）,Huangqi（Radix Astragali）,Shengdihuang,Fuling and Baishao are used as the core compatibility drugs,and assistant drugs are used to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,clear heat and remove toxin,and strengthen spleen and kidney.
