女性系统性红斑狼疮患者家庭功能及其影响因素分析

　　【摘　要】目的：调查女性系统性红斑狼疮患者家庭功能及其影响因素，为建立系统性红斑狼疮患者良好的家庭功能提供参考。方法：采用一般情况调查表、家庭关怀指数问卷、医院焦虑抑郁量表、社会支持量表等，对2018年11月至2019年4月在郑州大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科就诊的239例女性系统性红斑狼疮患者进行家庭功能及其影响因素的调查研究。结果：女性系统性红斑狼疮患者家庭功能良好的为67.36%，中度障碍的为22.59%，重度障碍的为10.04%。多元逐步回归分析显示，年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、发病时长、合并疾病种类、焦虑抑郁，及社会支持对女性系统性红斑狼疮患者家庭功能的影响差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：建立系统性红斑狼疮患者良好的家庭功能，可在一定程度上帮助患者减轻抑郁情绪，获得较多的社会支持，提高治疗效果。

Analysis of Family Function and Its Influencing Factors in Female Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the family function and its influencing factors of female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）,so as to provide reference for establishing good family function of SLE patients.Methods:A total of 239 female SLE patients treated in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from November 2018 to April 2019 were investigated by general information questionnaire,family care index questionnaire,hospital anxiety and depression scale and social support scale.Results:In female SLE patients,67.36% had good family function,22.59% had moderate family dysfunction,and 10.04% had severe family dysfunction.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that age,education level,marital status,duration of onset,types of comorbid diseases,anxiety and depression and social support had significant effects on their family function（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:To establish good family function in SLE patients can help them to reduce depression,obtain more social support and improve the treatment effect.
