悬吊推拿运动技术联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察悬吊推拿运动技术联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效。方法：将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组予悬吊推拿运动技术联合温针灸治疗，对照组予以牵引疗法治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）。结果：治疗组显效18例，有效11例，无效1例，总有效率为96.67%；对照组显效13例，有效9例，无效8例，总有效率为73.33%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗2周、治疗4周，2组VAS评分、ODI较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：悬吊推拿运动技术联合温针灸可有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者功能障碍，有利于缓解患者疼痛，提高临床疗效。

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Suspension Massage Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of suspension massage combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with suspension massage combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,while the control group was treated with traction therapy.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale（VAS）scores respectively before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment and the Oswestry dysfunction index（ODI）were observed.Results:In the treatment group,18 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective and a case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,13 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73.33%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score and ODI of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Suspension massage combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve the functional disorders of patients with lumbar disc herniation,which is conducive to alleviating pain and improving clinical efficacy.
