氦氖激光照射三阴交联合耳穴埋豆对消渴病痹证肢体疼痛的影响（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察氦氖激光照射三阴交联合耳穴埋豆治疗消渴病痹证肢体疼痛症状的临床疗效。方法：将60例消渴病痹证肢体疼痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用单纯耳穴埋豆的干预方法，治疗组采用氦氖激光照射三阴交联合耳穴埋豆的干预方法。2组均以2周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及治疗后疼痛评分。结果：治疗组临床痊愈9例，显效13例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率为93.33%；对照组临床痊愈3例，显效6例，有效12例，无效9例，总有效率为70.00%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，治疗组疼痛评分降低优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：氦氖激光照射三阴交联合耳穴埋豆能有效缓解消渴病痹证肢体疼痛的症状，疗效优于单纯耳穴埋豆干预。

Effect of He-Ne Laser Irradiation Applied to Sanyinjiao（SP 6）Combined with Embedding Beans on Ear Acupoints on Limb Pain of Diabetic Bi Syndrome

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of He-Ne laser irradiation applied to Sanyinjiao（SP 6）combined with bean-embedding on ear points on limb pain of diabetic Bi syndrome.Methods:Sixty cases of limb pain of diabetic Bi syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with embedding beans onn ear acupoints,while the treatment group was treated with He-Ne laser irradiation applied to Sanyinjiao（SP 6）combined with embedding beans on ear acupoints.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The clinical efficacy and pain score of the two groups were observed.Results:In the treatment group,9 cases were clinical cured,13 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,3 cases were clinical cured,6 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 70.00%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the pain score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:He-Ne laser irradiation of Sanyinjiao（SP 6）combined with embedding beans on ear acupoints can effectively alleviate the symptoms of limb pain of diabetic Bi syndrome,and the curative effect is better than embedding therapy alone.
