康健关节葆联合玻璃酸钠治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎45例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察口服康健关节葆胶囊联合患膝注射玻璃酸钠治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组45例。对照组单纯予以玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服康健关节葆胶囊。2组均以5周为1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、膝关节Lysholm评分。结果：治疗后，2组VAS评分、膝关节Lysholm评分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。2组均未出现不良反应。结论：康健关节葆联合玻璃酸钠治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎临床疗效确切，可明显减轻疼痛，改善关节功能。

Clinical Observation on Kangjian Guanjie Bao（康健关节葆）Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of 45 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis of Liver-kidney-deficiency Type

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kangjian Guanjie Bao（康健关节葆）combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver-kidney-deficiency type.Methods:Ninety patients with knee osteoarthritis of liver-kidney-deficiency type were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,while the treatment group was treated with Kangjian Guanjie Bao on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for five weeks as a course of treatment.The pain visual analogue scale（VAS）score and knee Lysholm score were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and Lysholm score of knee joint in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Kangjian Guanjie Bao combined with sodium hyaluronate has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver-kidney-deficiency type,which can obviously relieve pain and improve joint function.
