原发性干燥综合征患者生活质量及其影响因素调查分析（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：调查原发性干燥综合征患者生活质量现状及影响因素。方法：采用方便抽样的方法，以世界卫生组织编制的生存质量量表（WHOQOL-BREF）、医院焦虑抑郁量表、疾病活动指数等为工具收集南京市中医院风湿科病房的114例原发性干燥综合征的临床资料。结果：原发性干燥综合征患者的生活质量得分为（62.17±12.32）分，生理、心理、社会关系、环境领域得分均低于常模（P < 0.05）。回归分析显示，焦虑、疾病活动程度、疲乏是原发性干燥综合征患者生活质量的影响因素。结论：原发性干燥综合征患者生活质量明显下降，且影响因素较为复杂，应加强对患者的生理和心理护理。

Investigation and Analysis of Life Quality and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Primary Sjögren's Syndrome

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors in primary Sjögren's syndrome.Methods:One hundred and fourteen cases of primary Sjögren's syndrome in rheumatology ward of Nanjing Hospital of Chinese Medicine were collected by convenient sampling,using WHO QOL-BREF,hospital anxiety and depression scale and disease activity index as tools.Results:The score of quality of life of patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome was（62.17±12.32）.The scores of physiology,psychology,social relations and environment were lower than those of the norm（P < 0.05）.Regression analysis showed that anxiety,disease activity and fatigue were the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome.Conclusion:The quality of life of one with primary Sjögren's syndrome is obviously decreased,and the influencing factors are complex.It is necessary to strengthen the physiological and psychological nursing of such patients.
