中药熏洗联合五行音乐对肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者

功能的影响（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：探讨中药熏洗联合五行音乐对肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者功能的影响。方法：将300例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组150例。2组患者入院后均给予灯火灸、中药塌渍、射频电疗及中药熏洗治疗，做好按时给药、健康教育、饮食指导等常规护理。对照组在中药熏洗时自行选择音乐，治疗组在中药熏洗时播放五行音乐。入院后7 d、14 d及出院后14 d，采用WOMAC评分对患者疗效进行评价。结果：入院后7 d、14 d及出院后14 d，治疗组疼痛评分、关节功能评分、WOMAC总分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。出院后14 d，治疗组僵硬评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：中药熏洗联合五行音乐对肝肾亏虚型膝骨关节炎患者功能有一定的改善作用。

Effect of Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing combined with Five Elements Music on Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis of Liver-kidney-deficiency Type

　　【ABSTRACT】  Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with five elements music on patients with knee osteoarthritis of liver-kidney-deficiency type.Methods:Three hundred patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,150 cases in each group.After admission,patients in both groups were given burning rush moxibustion, Chinese medicine application,radio frequency electrotherapy and Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,doing a good job of regular nursing such as timely administration,health education and dietary guidance.In the control group,music was randomly selected during Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,while in the treatment group five elements music was played.7 d and 14 d after admission and 14 d after leaving hospital,WOMAC was used to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment.Results:7 d and 14 d after admission and 14 d after leaving hospital,the pain score,joint function score and WOMAC total score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between them was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.14 d after leaving hospital,the stiffness score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with five elements music can improve the condition of patients with knee osteoarthritis of liver-kidney-deficiency type.
