姜泉主任医师治疗干燥综合征组方用药规律研究

　　【摘　要】目的：应用数据挖掘方法，分析和总结姜泉主任医师治疗干燥综合征组方用药规律，为临床治疗干燥综合征提供借鉴。方法：筛选2013年11月至2017年9月姜泉主任医师治疗干燥综合征处方122首，录入中医传承辅助系统，采用软件“统计报表”系统的“方剂统计”功能、“数据分析”系统“方剂分析”功能的规则分析、集成关联、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法，分析处方用药规律。结果：共纳入方剂122首，涉及中药143味；使用频率较高的药物有52味，频次均在10次以上；常用2味药组合33个，3味药组合18个，4味药组合1个；演化得到核心组合10个，新处方5个。结论：治疗干燥综合征方剂中，养阴益气、清热解毒、活血化瘀药物频数较高，可以得出姜泉主任医师治疗干燥综合征以益气养阴、清热解毒、活血化瘀为基本方法，生成的新方中还含有化痰散结药，印证了干燥综合征久病入络、痰瘀毒互结的思想，为临床及科研提供了参考。

On the Medication Rules in Prescriptions for Treating Sjögren's Syndrome by Chief Physician JIANG Quan

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:Through data mining,to analyze and summarize the medication rules in prescriptions for treating Sjögren's syndrome by chief physician JIANG Quan in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:One hundred and twenty-two prescriptions for Sjögren's syndrome made by Chief Physician JIANG Quan from November 2013 to September 2017 were selected and put into the TCM Inheritance Assistant System.Related soft wares were used to analyze the medication rules in the prescriptions.Results:A total of 122 prescriptions were included,involving 143 Chinese medicinals.Fifty-two medicinals with higher frequency were used more than 10 times.There were 33 combinations of 2 commonly used medicinals,18 combinations of 3 generally seen medicinals and 1 combination of 4 such medicinals.Ten core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:In the prescriptions for Sjögren's syndrome,the medicinals with high frequency are as follows:medicinals of nourishing yin and benefiting qi,medicianls of clearing away heat and toxin,and medicinals of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.So when treating Sjögren's syndrome,Chief physician JIANG Quan mainly focus on nourishing yin and benefiting qi,clearing away heat and toxin,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Medicinals of resolving phlegm and stasis in his new prescriptions confirm the thoughts that long-term Sjögren's syndrome involves collaterals and causes phlegm,blood stasis and toxin,which provides a reference for clinical and scientific research.
