体外冲击波联合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头坏死

30例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察体外冲击波联合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法：将60例早期股骨头坏死患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予体外冲击波治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合口服股骨头坏死愈胶囊。2组均以1个月为1个疗程，3个疗程后随访观察患者Harris评分、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分以及髋关节活动度。结果：治疗后24个月，2组患者Harris评分、VAS评分、髋关节屈髋范围、外展内收活动度较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：体外冲击波联合股骨头坏死愈胶囊治疗早期股骨头坏死具有良好的临床疗效，能减轻患者髋关节疼痛，延缓患者后期髋关节置换。

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Early Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head Treated by Extracorporeal Shock Wave Combined with Gugutou Huaisiyu Jiaonang（股骨头坏死愈胶囊）

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave（ESW）combined with Gugutou Huaisiyu Jiaonang（股骨头坏死愈胶囊）on early osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Methods:Sixty cases of early osteonecrosis of the femoral head were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy,and the treatment group was treated with Gugutou Huaisiyu Jiaonang based on the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for a month as a course.After 3 courses,Harris score,visual analogue scale（VAS）and hip motion were observed.Results:After 24 months of treatment,Harris score,VAS,hip flexion range,abduction and adduction activity were improved in both groups（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave combined with Gugutou Huaisiyu Jiaonang in the treatment of early osteonecrosis of the femoral head has a good clinical effect,can alleviate pain in hip joint,and save more time for patients to replace hip.
