骨痿安汤联合西药改善类风湿关节炎继发骨质疏松60例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察骨痿安汤联合西药改善类风湿关节炎继发骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法：将120例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。对照组给予来氟米特片、甲氨蝶呤片口服治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上给予骨痿安汤治疗。2组疗程均为6个月。观察2组治疗前后血钙、血清骨源性碱性磷酸酶及骨密度等实验指标的改变情况。结果：治疗后，治疗组血钙及骨密度均较治疗前显著提高（P < 0.05），骨源性碱性磷酸酶较治疗前显著下降（P < 0.05）；2组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：骨痿安汤联合西药可明显改善类风湿关节炎继发骨质疏松患者的骨代谢。

Clinical Observation on 60 Cases of Osteoporosis Secondary to Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated by Guwei'an Tang（骨痿安汤）Combined with Western Medicine

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the effects of Guwei’an Tang（骨痿安汤）combined with western medicine on improving osteoporosis secondary to rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was orally given Leflunomide Tablets and Methotrexate Tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Guwei’an Tang on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The two groups were treated for 6 months.The changes of Ca,BALP and BMD in both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,Ca and BMD were significantly higher in the treatment group than those before the treatment（P < 0.05）,and BALP was significantly lower than that before the treatment（P < 0.05）.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Guwei’an Tang Combined with western medicine can significantly improve bone metabolism in patients with osteoporosis secondary to rheumatoid arthritis.
