痛风性关节炎患者中医体质及相关因素横断面研究

　　【摘　要】目的：探索痛风性关节炎体质要素和特征，为中医药辨证论治提供依据。方法：采用横断面研究方法对在长春中医药大学附属医院中医风湿科门诊确诊的67例痛风性关节炎患者进行调查分析。讨论其中医体质的总体分布规律，并对年龄、性别、饮食及合并疾病等部分进行调查分析。结果：67例患者中，男64例，女3例，平均年龄（40.90±13.01）岁。中医体质湿热质占33%，痰湿质占27%，阳虚质占15%，气虚质占7%，平和质占6%。结论：痛风性关节炎患者男性明显多于女性，平均发病年龄40岁左右。痛风性关节炎易合并代谢性疾病。中医体质与痛风性关节炎密切相关，调查结果显示湿热质、痰湿质、阳虚质是痛风性关节炎的好发人群。

A Cross-sectional Study on TCM Constitution and Related Factors in Patients with Gouty Arthritis

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To explore the constitution elements and characteristics in patients with gouty arthritis,and to provide evidence for TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Methods:A cross-sectional study was carried out to investigate and analyze 67 cases of gouty arthritis diagnosed in the Rheumatism Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.The overall distribution of constitution elements was discussed and the investigation and analysis of age,sex,diet and diseases were made.Results:There were 64 males and 3 females of all the patients,with an average age of（40.90±13.01）years.Among them,33% had dampness-heat constitution,27% had phlegm-dampness constitution,15% had Yang-deficiency constitution,7% had qi-deficiency constitution,and 6% had neutral constitution.Conclusion:Gouty joints are significantly more common in males than in females,with an average age of about 40 years.Gouty arthritis is easy to merge with metabolic diseases.The TCM constitution is closely related to gouty arthritis.The survey results show that those with dampness-heat,phlegm-dampness and yang-deficiency constitutions are more likely suffer gouty arthritis.
