泄浊解毒方治疗高尿酸血症20例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察泄浊解毒方治疗高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法：将40例高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组20例。治疗组给予泄浊解毒方口服治疗，对照组给予别嘌醇片治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后血尿酸、肝肾功能、血脂等指标的变化。结果：治疗组显效2例，有效15例，无效3例，总有效率为85.00%；对照组显效1例，有效16例，无效3例，总有效率为85.00%。2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。治疗后，2组血尿酸较治疗前均明显降低（P < 0.05），但2组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；治疗组三酰甘油和胆固醇水平较治疗前明显降低（P < 0.05）；且肝肾功能受损较对照组轻。结论：泄浊解毒方对高尿酸血症治疗有较好作用，且无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation of 20 Cases of Hyperuricemia Treated with Xiezhuo Jiedu Fang（泄浊解毒方）

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiezhuo Jiedu Fang（泄浊解毒方）in the treatment of hyperuricemia.Methods:Forty patients with hyperuricemia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 20 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Xiezhuo Jiedu Fang,while the control group was given allopurinol tablets.The two groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course.The clinical effects of two groups were observed,together with the changes of blood uric acid,liver and kidney function and blood lipid before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,2 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 85.00%.In the control group,1 case was markedly effective,16 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 85.00%.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P > 0.05）.After treatment,the serum uric acid in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment（P < 0.05）,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（P > 0.05）.Triglycerides and cholesterol levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the damage to liver and kidney were smaller than that in the control group.Conclusion:Xiezhuo Jiedu Fang has a good effect on hyperuricemia,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
