重庆市綦江区类风湿关节炎流行病学调查（调查研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：了解类风湿关节炎在重庆市綦江区患病率及流行病学特点，为本病制定早期预防及干预措施提供参考依据。方法：对綦江区人口按行政区域运用整群随机抽样方法，共计68 437例，分别进行问卷调查和体格检查，采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果：綦江区类风湿关节炎患病率为0.79%，其中男性为0.38%，女性为1.24%。类风湿关节炎患者中发生关节畸形的比例高达47.55%，关节畸形部位主要发生在双手指间关节。非甾体抗炎药或生物制剂使用率低。结论：綦江区类风湿关节炎患病率高于平均水平。治疗较晚、不规范使用改善病情抗风湿药物及不遵医嘱用药导致发生关节畸形人群比例较高。早发现和正规治疗是减少关节畸形发生率的关键。

Epidemiological Investigation on Rheumatoid Arthritis in Qijiang District of Chongqing City

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To study the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis in rural areas of Qijiang district,Chongqing,so as to provide reference for early prevention and intervention.Methods:A total of 68 437 cases in Qijiang district were sampled by cluster random sampling method,among them questionnaires and physical examination were conducted respectively and a statistical analysis was made with SPSS 19.0 software.Results:The prevalence rate of rheumatoid arthritis in this area was 0.79%,among which the male was 0.38%,and the female was 1.24%.The proportion of joint deformities in patients with rheumatoid arthritis is as high as 47.55%,and the malformed parts of the joint mainly occur in the interphalangeal joints.NSAIDs or biologics was seldom used.Conclusion:The incidence of rheumatoid arthritis in Qijiang is higher than the average.The proportion of people with joint malformation was higher mostly due to delayed treatment and non-standard use of anti rheumatic drugs and noncompliance with medical advice.Early detection and regular treatment are the keys to reduce the incidence of joint deformity.
