基于焦树德教授治疗类风湿关节炎辨证分型的用药规律探讨（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：利用中医传承辅助平台进行数据挖掘，探讨类风湿关节炎各证型分布及中医药治疗的用药规律，得出新方。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，分析纳入病例，得出药物频次、药物的四气五味和归经、新方分析等。结果：①中医证型分布频率如下：肾虚寒盛证占44.96%，肾虚标热轻证占24.37%，肾虚标热重证占4.20%，湿热伤肾证占26.47%。②治疗上，总体以温性药为主，多味苦、辛、甘，药物归经主要归肝、肾经。③分4个证型得出新方。结论：①类风湿关节炎证型中以肾虚寒盛证最多见，符合焦树德教授提出的尪痹病因病机特点为肝肾亏虚为本。②通过用药频次分析，发现4个证型均符合焦树德教授治疗尪痹善温补、从肝肾论治。③分证论治类风湿关节炎，每个证型组合出对应新方。

On Medication Rules based on Professor JIAO Shu-de's Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis by Syndrome Differentiation Classification

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To explore the distribution of various syndrome types of rheumatoid arthritis and the rule of medication in TCM,the new prescription was obtained by using the auxiliary platform of TCM.Methods:Using the method of retrospective investigation,analysis of cases,obtain the frequency of drugs,drugs and five flavours meridian,new analysis etc.Results:①The frequency of TCM syndrome distribution was as follows:the deficiency of kidney deficiency was 44.96%,the kidney deficiency was 24.37%,the kidney deficiency was 4.20%,and the damp and hot kidney syndrome accounted for 26.47%.②In the treatment,thermo drug is the main drug,more bitter,symplectic and sweet,the main drug owned by the liver,kidney.④It's divided into 4 types of evidence to get the prescription.Conclusion:①In the syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis,Kidney deficiency and cold syndrome is most common,with Wangbi etiopathogenisis proposed by Professor Jiao Shu-de for the liver and kidney deficiency.②Through the use of frequency analysis,found 4 syndromes were consistent with Professor Jiao Shu-de in the treatment of Wangbi good temperature compensation,treatment from liver and kidney.③Syndrome differentiation and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,each type of combination of the corresponding new prescription.
