肿瘤坏死因子-α抑制剂对类风湿关节炎患者血清高密度脂蛋白水平的影响（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）抑制剂对类风湿关节炎患者血清中高密度脂蛋白（HDL）水平的影响。方法：将43例类风湿关节炎患者分为治疗组23例和对照组20例。治疗组采用甲氨蝶呤联合TNF-α抑制剂治疗，对照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗。检测2组治疗前及治疗2周、3个月后血清HDL水平。结果：治疗2周后治疗组HDL水平较治疗前升高（P < 0.01），但治疗3个月后HDL水平较治疗前无明显变化（P > 0.05）。对照组治疗2周后和3个月后HDL水平较治疗前均无明显变化（P > 0.05）。结论：TNF-α抑制剂治疗能短暂性升高类风湿关节炎患者血清HDL水平。

Effect of TNF-α Inhibitor on the Level of Serum High Density Lipoprotein in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the effect of TNF-α inhibitor on the level of serum high density lipoprotein in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Forty three patients with rheumatoid arthritis were divided into a treatment group（23 cases）and a control group（20 cases）.The treatment group was treated with methotrexate combined with TNF-α inhibitor,and the control group was treated with methotrexate.Serum HDL levels of the two groups were measured respectively before treatment and two weeks and three months after treatment.Results:After two weeks of treatment,the level of HDL in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment（P < 0.01）,but three months after treatment,the level of HDL had no significant change compared with that before treatment（P > 0.05）.After two weeks and three months of treatment,the level of HDL in the control group had no significant changes compared with before treatment（P > 0.05）.Conclusion:TNF-α inhibitors can transiently increase serum HDL levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
