栀黄止痛散外敷治疗痛风性关节炎疼痛的临床研究（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察栀黄止痛散对痛风性关节炎引起的疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法：将68例痛风性关节炎患者按就诊先后顺序分为治疗组和对照组，每组34例。治疗组采用栀黄止痛散外敷，对照组采用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外用。2组均以10 d为1个疗程。观察2组疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分和睡眠质量。结果：治疗后，2组VAS评分的改善及睡眠质量比较，治疗组明显优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：对痛风性关节炎的治疗，栀黄止痛散在疼痛及睡眠质量的改善方面均优于双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂，值得推广应用。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Gouty Arthritis Pain by External Application of Zhihuang Zhitong San（栀黄止痛散）

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the effects of Zhihuang Zhitong San（栀黄止痛散）on pain and sleep

 quality of patients with gouty arthritis.Methods:Sixty eight patients with gouty arthralgia were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the order of visiting time,34 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by external application of Zhihuang Zhitong San and the control group was treated by external application of diclofenac diethylamine.The two groups were treated for ten days as a course,observing their  visual analogue scale（VAS）and sleep quality.Results:After treatment,the improvement of VAS score and sleep quality in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:In the treatment of gouty arthritis,Zhihuang Zhitong San was better than emulsion on the aspects of relieving pain and improving sleep quality,worthy of popularization and application.
