五禽戏联合悬吊循经弹拨技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察五禽戏联合悬吊循经弹拨技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的康复疗效。方法：将90例腰椎间盘突出症患者按照随机数字表法分为五禽戏组、悬吊循经弹拨组和联合组，每组30例。五禽戏组采用五禽戏锻炼治疗，悬吊循经弹拨组采用悬吊循经弹拨技术治疗，联合组采用五禽戏联合悬吊循经弹拨技术治疗。3组均以15 d为1个疗程，共观察3个疗程。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS），Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）于治疗前、治疗后和治疗后5个月随访时进行疗效评定。结果：治疗后及治疗后5个月，3组VAS评分和ODI评分均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05），且联合组VAS评分和ODI评分优于五禽戏组和悬吊循经弹拨组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：五禽戏联合悬吊循经弹拨技术对腰椎间盘突出症的康复有较好的疗效，可明显提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰部功能。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Five Mimic-animal Boxing Combining Meridian Plucking Manipulation and Sling Exercise Therapy

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the rehabilitative effect of five mimic-animal boxing combining meridian plucking manipulation and sling exercise therapy（SET）in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Ninety cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a five mimic-animal boxing group,a meridian plucking manipulation and SET group and a combination group,30 cases in each group.The FMAB group were treated by practicing five mimic-animal boxing,the MPM and SET group was treated by meridian plucking manipulation and SET,and the combination group was treated by five mimic-animal boxing combining meridian plucking manipulation and SET.The three groups were treated for three courses,with fifteen days as one course.The visual analogue scale（VAS）and the Oswestry dysfunction index（ODI）were used to evaluate the effects respectively before,after and 5 months after the treatment.Results:Just after and 5 months after treatment,the VAS scores and ODI scores of the three groups were decreased,the difference being statistically significant（P < 0.05）,and the VAS scores and ODI scores of the combination group were better than the other two groups,the difference being statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Five mimic-animal boxing combining meridian plucking manipulation and SET has a better curative effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can significantly improve patients’ lumbar function.
