骨质疏松症中医证型地区分布特点的文献研究（文献研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：通过查找分析文献，研究骨质疏松症中医证型的地区分布特点。方法：回顾性分析相关文献，并归纳总结不同地区骨质疏松症中医证型的地区分布特点。结果：骨质疏松症中医证型总体来看以肾虚为主；华东、华北、华南地区以肾虚出现的频次最高，华中地区以肝肾亏虚出现的频次最高，西南地区以肾虚、肝肾亏虚、脾肾亏虚出现的频次最高且相同，东北地区肝郁脾虚、阴虚血瘀、气血亏虚、脾胃气虚出现的频次亦均相同。结论：不同地区骨质疏松症的中医证型虽存在地区差异，但与全国总体水平大致相似。

Literature Research on Regional Distribution Characteristics of TCM Syndromes of Osteoporosis

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To investigate the regional distribution characteristics of TCM Syndromes of osteoporosis by searching and analyzing literature.Methods:The related literatures were analyzed retrospectively,and the regional distribution characteristics of TCM Syndromes of osteoporosis in different regions were summarized.Results:The overall osteoporosis TCM syndromes were kidney deficiency.The highest frequency of kidney deficiency syndrome appeared in East China,North China and Southern China.Central China witnessed the highest frequency of liver and kidney deficiency syndromes.The frequencies of kidney deficiency,liver and kidney deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency are the same and the highest in Southwest China.Northeast China saw the same frequency of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,Yin deficiency and blood stasis,deficiency of qi and blood,and qi deficiency in spleen and kidney.Conclusion:There are regional differences in TCM Syndromes of osteoporosis in different regions,but they are similar to the general level of the whole country.
