耳穴埋豆联合中药熏洗改善类风湿关节炎患者睡眠质量的疗效评价（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：通过对类风湿关节炎患者运用耳穴埋豆联合中药熏洗，观察其对患者失眠的改善情况。方法：选取类风湿关节炎患者60例，按照干预方法不同随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用常规护理加中药熏洗治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加耳穴埋豆。比较2组患者治疗前和治疗24 h、1周、2周、3周的匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分和治疗3周的临床疗效。结果：治疗3周后，治疗组总有效率为90.00%，明显高于对照组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗24 h后，2组患者PSQI评分与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；2组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。治疗1周、2周、3周后2组PSQI评分较治疗前均明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05），且治疗组下降更为显著（P < 0.05）。结论：临床实施耳穴埋豆联合中药熏洗等护理措施，可有效改善类风湿关节炎患者睡眠质量，提高其治疗依从性，达到提高患者生活质量的目的。

Efficacy Evaluation of Seed-embedding at Auricular Acupoints Combined with Chinese Herbal Fumigating and Washing in Improving Sleep Quality of Patients

with Rheumatoid Arthritis

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the improvement of insomnia in patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with seed-embedding at auricular acupoints combining Chinese herbal fumigating and washing.Methods:Sixty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to different intervention methods,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing plus traditional Chinese herbal fumigating and washing.The treatment group was treated with seed-embedding at auricular acupointson based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treated for 24 h,one week,two weeks,and three weeks,the two groups were compared on the aspect of PSQI scores.And the clinical efficacy was also compared after three weeks' treatment.Results:After three weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（70%）,and there was a statistical significance（P < 0.05）.After 24 h treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups were not statistically significant compared with those before treatment（P > 0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P > 0.05）.After treated for one week,two weeks and three weeks,the PSQI scores of the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group decreased more significantly（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Application of nursing measures in clinic such as seed-embedding at auricular acupoints combining Chinese herbal fumigating and washing can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and improve their treatment compliance,so as to improve the quality of their lives.
