刺骨术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察刺骨术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将219例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为A组（玻璃酸钠治疗）70例、B组（刺骨术+玻璃酸钠治疗）74例、C组（玻璃酸钠+复方倍他米松治疗）75例，3组均以5周为1个疗程。观察3组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、Lysholm评分及西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（WOMAC）疼痛指数。结果：治疗后6个月，与A组、C组比较，B组VAS评分较低，Lysholm评分较高（P < 0.05）；A组与C组比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。与A组、C组比较，B组WOMAC疼痛指数改善的总有效率更高，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：刺骨术联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎远期疗效良好，在提升膝骨关节炎的临床疗效、恢复膝关节功能、减轻疼痛等方面都具有重要意义。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Bone Decompression Needle Combining Sodium Hyaluronate

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of bone decompression needle combining sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Two hundred and nineteen cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into Group A（70 cases treated with sodium hyaluronate）,Group B（74 cases

treated with bone decompression needle combining sodium hyaluronate）,and Group C（75 cases treated with sodium hyaluronate combining compound betamethasone）.The three groups were treated for 5 weeks as a course,observing thier visual analogue scale（VAS）scores,Lysholm scores,and the analgesia index in the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index（WOMAC）before and after treatment.Results:Six months after treatment,compared with Group A and Group C,the scores of VAS and Lysholm in Group B were higher（P < 0.05）.There was no significant difference between Group A and Group C（P > 0.05）.Compared with Group A and Group C,the improve of WOMAC of total effective rate was higher and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Bone decompression needle combining sodium hyaluronate has a long term curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and is of great significance in promoting the clinical efficacy of treating knee osteoarthritis,restoring the function of knee joint and alleviating pain.
