白塞湿清方治疗湿热壅盛型白塞病临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察白塞湿清方治疗湿热壅盛型完全型白塞病的临床疗效。方法：将52例湿热壅盛型完全型白塞病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组26例。治疗组采用白塞湿清方治疗，对照组口服雷公藤多苷片、泼尼松治疗。2组均以1个月为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后实验室指标变化情况。结果：治疗组显效9例，有效15例，无效2例，总有效率为92.31%；对照组显效3例，有效12例，无效11例，总有效率为57.69%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白和类风湿因子较治疗前均显著降低（P < 0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：白塞湿清方治疗湿热壅盛型完全型白塞病疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Behcet's Disease with Exuberant Dampness-heat by Baisai Shiqing Fang（白塞湿清方）

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Baisai Shiqing Fang（白塞湿清方）in the treatment of Behcet's disease with exuberant dampness-heat.Methods:Fifty two cases of Behcet's disease withexuberant dampness-heat were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,26 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Baisai Shiqing Fang,while the control group was orally given Glucoside Tripterygium Total and prednisone.Both groups were treated for 1 month as a treatment course.The clinical efficacy and the changes of laboratory indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:In the treatment group,9 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.31%;while in the control group,3 case was markedly effective,12 cases were effective,and 11 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 57.69%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and rheumatoid factor in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Baisai Shiqing Fang has a certain curative effect in the treatment of Behcet's disease with exuberant dampness-heat.
