小针刀配合运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察小针刀配合运动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将98例膝骨关节炎患者按入院先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组49例。对照组运用低周波理疗，指导患者运动锻炼、自我管理；治疗组采用小针刀治疗，同样指导患者运动锻炼。2组均以2周为1个疗程。分别于治疗前及治疗后2，4，12周采用西安大略和麦马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（WOMAC）评分和视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分评估2组患者膝关节功能、疼痛的改善情况。结果：治疗后2，4，12周，2组WOMAC评分、VAS评分与治疗前比较均有显著下降，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.01）。治疗后2，4，12周，2组WOMAC评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.01或P < 0.05）；治疗后2周，2组VAS评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：小针刀配合运动锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎能明显改善患者临床症状，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Needle Knife Combined with Exercise Therapy

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of needle knife combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Ninety eight cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the order of admission,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low frequency therapy, patients were instructed to exercise and self management;while the treatment group was treated with needle knife, also guide the exercise of patients.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks as a course of treatment.Respectively before and after treatment in 2,4,12 weeks,WOMAC score and VAS score was used to evaluate the improvement of two groups of patients with knee function and pain.Results:After 2,4,12 weeks of treatment,the WOMAC score and VAS score of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.01）.After 2,4,12 weeks of treatment,the difference of WOMAC scores between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.01 or P < 0.05）.After 2 weeks of treatment,the difference of VAS scores of the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Needle knife combined with exercise therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,worthy of clinical application.
