全身炎症反应指数与痛风石形成的相关性分析（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：探讨全身炎症反应指数（SIRI）与痛风患者形成痛风石的相关性。方法：收集464例痛风患者的临床资料及实验室指标，根据有无痛风石分为无痛风石组（384例，82.76%）和有痛风石组（80例，17.24%）。对比分析组间临床资料及实验室指标间的差异，分析SIRI与痛风患者形成痛风石的相关性。结果：有痛风石组患者的SIRI水平明显高于无痛风石组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。Logistic回归分析发现，较高的SIRI可能是痛风患者形成痛风石的独立危险因素［OR = 1.958，95%CI =［1.297，2.956］，P = 0.001］。痛风患者的SIRI与红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、单核细胞/淋巴细胞比值、血小板/淋巴细胞比值、系统性免疫炎症指数呈正相关，而与血尿酸无相关性。结论：高SIRI与痛风患者形成痛风石密切相关。

Correlation Analysis Between Systemic Inflammatory Response Index and Gout Stone Formation

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To explore the correlation between systemic inflammatory response index（SIRI）and the formation of gout stones in gout patients.Methods:Clinical data and laboratory indicators of 464 gout patients were collected,and they were divided into non gout stone group（384 cases,82.76%）and gout stone group（80 cases,17.24%）based on the presence or absence of gout stones.Compared and analyzed the differences in clinical data and laboratory indicators between groups,and analyzed the correlation between SIRI and the formation of gout stones in gout patients.Results:The SIRI level of patients with gout stones was significantly higher than that of patients without gout stones,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Logistic regression analysis found that a higher SIRI might be an independent risk factor for the formation of gout stones in gout patients（OR = 1.958,95% CI = ［1.297,2.956］,P = 0.001）.The SIRI of gout patients was positively correlated with erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio,monocyte/lymphocyte ratio,platelet/lymphocyte ratio,and SIRI,but not with serum uric acid.Conclusion:High SIRI is closely related to the formation of gout stones in gout patients.
