针刀治疗强直性脊柱炎50例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察针刀治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法：将100例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。对照组采用针刺治疗，治疗组采用针刀松解术治疗。2组疗程均为20 d。观察2组治疗前后炎性指标、疼痛程度及关节活动度的改善情况。结果：治疗后，2组炎性指标（红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6），关节疼痛评分，关节活动度（枕墙距、指地距、Schöber试验）较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05），且治疗组明显优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：针刀治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效明确，能明显改善患者炎性指标、疼痛程度及关节活动度，值得临床应用及推广。

Clinical Observation on 50 Cases of Ankylosing Spondylitis Treated with Needle Knife

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of needle knife in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:One hundred patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment,while the treatment group received needle knife release surgery.Both groups were treated for 20 days.Observe the improvement of inflammatory indicators,pain level,and joint range of motion before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment,the inflammatory indexes（erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,interleukin 6）,joint pain scores,and joint mobility（occipital wall distance,finger-ground distance,Schöber test）in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Needle knife has a clear effect in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,which can significantly improve the inflammatory indicators,pain degree and joint mobility of patients,worthy of clinical research and promotion.
