间肺康复操对干燥综合征合并间质性肺病患者中医疗效及肺功能的影响（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察间肺康复操对干燥综合征合并间质性肺病患者中医疗效及肺功能的影响。方法：将60例干燥综合征合并间质性肺病患者按照随机、对照法分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组根据病情使用常规药物治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加间肺康复操练习。2组均以3个月为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后患者的肺功能和中医证候积分。结果：治疗组总有效率为36.67%，对照组总有效率为13.33%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，治疗组中医证候积分与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；且治疗组优于对照组（P < 0.05）。治疗组治疗前后肺功能第一秒最大呼吸容积（FEV1）组内比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；用力肺活量（FVC）组内比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；对照组治疗前后肺功能FEV1、FVC组内比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；2组治疗后肺功能FEV1、FVC比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：间肺康复操可以在一定程度上改善干燥综合征合并间质性肺病患者中医证候积分和肺功能。

Effect of Jianfei Kangfu Exercise on the Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Lung Function in Patients with Sjögren’s Syndrome Complicated with Interstitial Lung Disease

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the effect of Jianfei Kangfu Exercise on the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）and lung function in patients with Sjögren's syndrome complicated with interstitial lung disease.Methods:Sixty patients with Sjögren's syndrome complicated with interstitial lung disease were randomly divided into a treatment group and acontrol group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine according to the condition,and the treatment group was given Jianfei Kangfu Exercise base on the treatment as that in the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was three months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the lung function and TCM syndrome score of the patients before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 36.67% in the treatment group and 13.33% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the treatment group and that before treatment（P < 0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）.The difference of FEV1 in the treatment group before and after treatment was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.There was no significant difference in FVC within each group（P > 0.05）.There was no significant difference in FEV1 and FVC in the control group before and after treatment（P > 0.05）.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in lung function FEV1 and FVC after treatment（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Jianfei Kangfu Exercise can improve the lung function and TCM syndrome score of patients with Sjögren's syndrome complicated with interstitial lung disease to a certain extent.
