中医药治疗多发性肌炎的文献数据挖掘研究（文献研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：基于数据挖掘技术探析多发性肌炎的中医证型特点及用药规律，归纳多发性肌炎的证型、病机特点及高频药物的配伍应用思路。方法：计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普等数据库，选取自建库至2021年5月中医药治疗多发性肌炎的研究，提取基本信息，建立数据库，进行频次统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析及复杂网络分析。结果：共纳入文献40篇，其中25篇报告了中医证型，33篇报告了中药处方；常见的证型有脾虚湿热证、热毒炽盛证、气阴两虚证、阴虚内热证、气血亏虚证；高频药物有黄芪、白术、甘草、当归、生地黄、茯苓等，药性多温、寒，药味多甘，多归于肝、脾经；关联规则分析得到14条二项关联，6条三项关联；聚类分析得到3个药物组合；复杂网络分析得到33个药物构成的核心药物群，具有健脾益气、清热解毒、活血化瘀、补血滋阴、利水渗湿、解表退热等功效。结论：多发性肌炎的中医证型以脾虚湿热、热毒炽盛为多，以脾虚、热盛为基本病机，常兼湿邪、血瘀，用药以扶正祛邪为主，常以具有健脾益气、清热解毒、活血化瘀等功效的药物配伍使用。

Research on Literature Data-mining of Treating Polymyositis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:Based on data-mining technology,to explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome type and medication rules of polymyositis,and to summarize the syndrome type,pathogenesis characteristics of polymyositis and the application of high-frequency medicinals.Methods:Databases such as CNKI,Wanfang and Wip were searched by computer to find researches（from the establishment of the database to may 2021） on the treatment of polymyositis with TCM.The basic information was extracted and the database was established.frequency statistics,association rule analys  is,cluster analysis and complex network analysis were carried out.Results:A total of 40 articles were included,of which 25 articles reported TCM syndrome types and 33 reported TCM prescriptions.The common syndrome types are spleen deficiency and damp heat syndrome,intense heat toxin syndrome,qi-yin deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome,and qi-blood deficiency syndrome.The high frequency drugs include Huangqi（Radix Astragali）,Baizhu（Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae）,Gancao（Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae）,Danggui（Radix Angelicae Sinensis） Shengdihuang（Radix Rehmanniae） and Fuling（Poria）,most of which are warm and cold in nature and sweet in flavor,and act on the liver and spleen channels.Association rule analysis results in 14 binomial associations and 6 trinomial associations.Three drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.The complex network analysis obtained a core drug group composed of 33 drugs,which has the effects of strengthen-ing the spleen and supplementing qi,clearing heat and resolving toxin,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,nourishing blood and yin,promoting urination and percolating dampness,releasing the exterior and clearing heat.Conclusion:TCM syndrome types of polymyositis are mainly spleen deficiency and damp heat,and intense heat toxin.The basic pathogenesis are spleen deficiency and intense heat,as well as pathogenic dampness and blood stasis.The medicinals are mainly used to reinforce healthy qi and dispel pathogen.It is often used in combination with the medicinals of strengthening the spleen and supplementing qi,clearing away heat and resolving toxin,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
