基于文献数据挖掘白塞病中医证型特点及用药规律研究（文献研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：基于数据挖掘技术归纳总结白塞病的证型、病机特点及用药规律。方法：计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、维普（VIP）、万方（Wanfang）等数据库自建库至2021年5月中医药治疗白塞病的文献，提取基本信息建立数据库，进行频次统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析。结果：纳入文献152篇，其中100篇报告了中医证型，142篇报告了中药处方；常见证型有湿热蕴毒证、肝肾阴虚证、湿热蕴脾证等；高频药物有生地黄、黄芩、当归等，药性多寒，药味多苦，多归于肝经；关联规则分析得到18条二项关联，5条三项关联；聚类分析得到3个药物组合；复杂网络分析得到药物构成的核心药物群。结论：白塞病中医证型以湿热蕴毒为主，病机以湿热为基础，与阴虚、血瘀关系密切，治疗以苦寒之药清热燥湿为主，兼顾滋阴解毒与行血。

Research on the Characteristics of TCM Syndrome Types and Medication Rules of Behcet Disease Based on Literature Data Mining

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To summarize the syndrome types,pathogenesis characteristics and medication rules of Behcet disease based on the data mining technology.Methods:Literature on the treatment of Behcet disease by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）was retrieved by computer from the databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang（from the establishment of the databases to May 2021）.The basic information was extracted and the database was established for frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.Results:One hundred and fifty-two articles were included,of which 100 articles reported TCM syndrome types and 142 articles reported TCM prescriptions.The common syndrome types are dampness heat accumulating toxin syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,dampness heat accumulating spleen syndrome,etc..The high frequency drugs include raw Dihuang（Radix Rehmanniae）,Huangqin（Radix Scutellariae）,and Danggui（Radix Angelicae Sinensis）.They are mostly cold and bitter,and most of them belong to the liver meridian.Association rule analysis results in eighteen binomial associations and five trinomial associations.Three drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.The core drug groups were obtained by complex network analysis.Conclusion:Dampness heat accumulating toxin syndrome is the main syndrome of Behcet disease,and its pathogenesis is based on dampness heat,which is closely related to yin deficiency and blood stasis.The treatment is mainly based on the bitter cold medicine of clearing heat and drying dampness,consideration is also given to nourishing yin,detoxifying and blood circulation.
