电针华佗夹脊穴联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察电针华佗夹脊穴联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法：选取强直性脊柱炎患者48例，随机分为电针密波组、电针疏波组、西药对照组，每组16例。西药对照组仅给予西药治疗，电针密波组在西药治疗的基础上给予电针华佗夹脊穴，波型选用密波，电针疏波组在西药治疗的基础上给予电针华佗夹脊穴，波型选用疏波。治疗3周后，评价3组患者Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动指数（BASDAI）、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数（BASFI）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）及临床疗效。结果：治疗后，3组BASDAI评分、BASFI评分、ESR较治疗前均有下降，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；在临床疗效上，电针密波组总有效率为93.75%，电针疏波组总有效率为87.50%，西药对照组总有效率为43.75%，3组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：电针华佗夹脊穴联合西药在改善强直性脊柱炎患者临床症状方面优于单纯西药，且密波治疗效果优于疏波。

Therapeutic Effect of Electroacupuncture at Huatuojiaji Point Combined with Western Medicine on Ankylosing Spondylitis

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Huatuojiaji point combined with western medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:Forty-eight patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture dense wave group（EDW group）,an electroacupuncture sparse wave group（ESW group）and a western medicine control group（WMC group）,with 16 cases in each group.The WMC group was treated only with western medicine,while the EDW group and the ESW group were given electroacupuncture at Huatuojiaji point respectively with dense wave and sparse wave after treated with western medicine.After 3 weeks of treatment,the Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index（BASDAI）,Bath ankylosing spondylitis function index（BASFI）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）and clinical efficacy of the three groups were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the BASDAI score,BASFI score and ESR of the three groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（P < 0.05）;In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rates of the EDW group,the ESW group and the WMC group were 93.75%,87.50% and 43.75%,respectively.There was significant difference among the three groups（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at Huatuojiaji point combined with western medicine is better than simple western medicine in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with ankylosing spondylitis,and the therapeutic effect of dense wave is better than sparse wave.
