温通针法联合洛索洛芬钠贴剂对老年膝骨关节炎患者膝关节功能、肢体平衡及骨代谢指标水平的影响（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察老年膝骨关节炎患者在洛索洛芬钠贴剂基础上应用温通针法后肢体平衡、骨代谢指标和膝关节功能变化。方法：将125例膝骨关节炎患者根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组63例和对照组62例。对照组给予洛索洛芬钠贴剂治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予温通针法治疗。比较2组膝关节功能、骨代谢指标和肢体平衡情况。结果：治疗后，2组患者Lysholm膝关节评分、步速、步长、膝关节内收力矩峰值、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶和骨钙素水平较治疗前均升高，西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分和抗酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶异构体水平较治疗前均降低，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；治疗组患者各项数据变化幅度较对照组大，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：温通针法联合洛索洛芬钠贴剂外用治疗老年膝骨关节炎可以改善患者骨代谢水平，提高肢体平衡能力和关节功能，临床效果佳。

Effects of Wentong Acupuncture Combined with Loxoprofen Sodium Patch on Knee Function,Limb Balance and Bone Metabolism in Elderly Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the changes of limb balance,bone metabolism and knee function of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with Wentong acupuncture on the basis of loxoprofen sodium patch.Methods:One hundred and twenty-five patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into a treatment group（63 cases）and a control group（62 cases）.The control group was treated with loxoprofen sodium patch,and the treatment group was treated with Wentong acupuncture based on the treatment for the control group.The knee function,bone metabolism and limb balance were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the Lysholm knee score,pace,step length,the peak of external knee adduction moment,bone specific alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the osteoarthritis index score and tartrate resistant hydrochloric acid phosphatase isomer levels of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities were lower than those before treatment（P < 0.05）;The change range of various data in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Wentong acupuncture combined with loxoprofen sodium can improve bone metabolism,limb balance and joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.
