海桐皮汤熏洗治疗跟痛症130例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察海桐皮汤熏洗治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法：将257例跟痛症患者随机分为治疗组130例和对照组127例。治疗组采用海桐皮汤熏洗治疗，对照组口服艾瑞昔布治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程。观察2组患者治疗后4周的临床疗效，并分别在治疗后2，4，6周时采用McGill疼痛问卷简表的疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估疼痛程度及美国足踝外科协会踝-后足评分量表（AOFAS）评价患足功能。结果：治疗后2，4，6周，治疗组随访分别为126例、124例、124例，对照组随访分别为125例、125例、121例。治疗后4周，治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为79.03%、91.93%，优于对照组的52.80%、62.40%（P < 0.05）。治疗后2，4，6周，2组VAS评分较治疗前均下降（P < 0.05），且治疗组明显低于对照组（P < 0.05）；2组AOFAS评分均较治疗前均升高（P < 0.05），且治疗组升高程度明显优于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：海桐皮汤熏洗治疗跟痛症疗效佳，能够恢复患足功能，复发率低，有较高的临床应用推广价值。

Clinical Observation on 130 Cases of Painful Heel Syndrome Treated by Fumigation and Washing with Haitongpi Tang（海桐皮汤）

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Haitongpi Tang（海桐皮汤）on painful heel syndrome.Methods:Two hundred and fifty-seven patients with painful heel syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group（130 cases）and a control group（127 cases）.The treatment group was fumigated and washed with Haitongpi Tang and the control group was required to take irecoxib.The two groups were treated 4 weeks as a course.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed 4 weeks after treatment,and the pain degree was evaluated by visual analogue scale（VAS）of the McGill Pain Questionnaire Short Form and the foot function was evaluted with AOFAS respectively 2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment.Results:Two,four and six weeks after treatment,126 cases,124 cases and 124 cases were followed up in the treatment group respectively;The follow-up of the control group were 125 cases,125 cases and 121 cases.Four weeks after treatment,the cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were 79.03% and 91.93% respectively,which were better than 52.80% and 62.40% in the control group（P < 0.01）.Two,four and six weeks after treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment（P < 0.01 or P < 0.05）,and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P < 0.01）;The AOFAS of the two groups were higher than those before treatment（P < 0.01 or P < 0.05）,and the increase degree of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P < 0.01）.Conclusion:Fumigation and washing with Haitongpi Tang is effective in the treatment of painful heel syndrome,restores the affected foot function,and has a low recurrence rate.It has high clinical application and popularization value.
