腕踝针治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎急性期30例临床观察（临床研究）

　　【摘　要】目的：观察腕踝针治疗湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎急性期的临床疗效。方法：将60例湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎急性期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予一般治疗和常规护理，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用腕踝针治疗。2组疗程均为1周。观察2组临床疗效，以及治疗前后实验室指标、临床症状体征积分及中医证候积分。结果：治疗组临床痊愈5例，显效15例，有效7例，无效3例，总有效率为90.00%；对照组临床痊愈3例，显效8例，有效12例，无效7例，总有效率为76.67%。2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，2组实验室指标、临床症状体征积分及中医证候积分较治疗前均有改善（P < 0.05）；且治疗组较对照组改善更明显（P < 0.05）。结论：腕踝针能有效改善湿热蕴结型痛风性关节炎急性期患者的实验室指标、临床症状体征及中医证候，值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Acute Gouty Arthritis of Damp Heat Accumulation Type Treated with Wrist Ankle Acupuncture

　　【ABSTRACT】Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of wrist ankle acupuncture in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis of damp heat accumulation type.Methods:Sixty patients with acute gouty arthritis of damp heat accumulation type were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given general treatment and routine nursing,and the treatment group was treated with wrist ankle acupuncture based on the treatment as that for the control group.The course of treatment for both groups was one week.The clinical efficacy,laboratory indexes,clinical symptom and sign scores,TCM syndrome scores  of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,5 cases were recovered,15 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.00%;in the control group,3 cases were recovered,8 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 76.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）.After treatment,the laboratory indexes,clinical symptoms and signs scores,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment（P < 0.05）,and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:Wrist ankle acupuncture can effectively improve the laboratory indexes,clinical symptoms,signs and TCM syndromes of patients with acute gouty arthritis of damp heat accumulation type,which is worthy of clinical application.
